Who is speaking at SoCal Code Camp? YOU ARE! That is, of course, if you have something to speak about.
SoCal Code Camp attracts both seasoned and beginner speakers presenting on a wide range of topics including but not limited to it .NET, Java, PHP, Web Services, SOA, Web Development, Development Process, game development, and the list goes on...
- Sessions should be 60-75 minute in length including Q&A, some slots may be shorter than others depending on the time of day
- Full classroom/lecture hall projection is provided but bring a vga cable. We may have some spares but USC does not provide these.
- You can use whatever slide template you like
- You can offer talks on anything you like and think the community would be interested in
- No sales pitches, just hard core substance for your peers please
- Video taping will be an option this year.
IF YOU CAN, PLEASE TRY TO SUBMIT YOUR SESSIONS EARLY SO THAT ATTENDEES CAN SEE WHAT KIND OF TOPICS WILL BE PRESENTED!!!
So far our SoCal code camps have been among the best attended code camps in the nation...and we think it is because we have a vibrant technical community hungry for diverse knowledge...so even if you want to deliver just 1 talk...we are happy...but if you want to do a few talks...or a whole track on a particular topic with your friends...please feel free!!!
Also, if you can tell other smart GEEKS you know that can speak on any subject we would appreciate it!
Many thanks!
